We get it. We've been there.
We used to teach math the traditional way, relying on memorization, timed tests, and textbooks. We lacked confidence in our math abilities, and our teaching followed the "I do, we do, you do" model, stifling our students' thinking.
We felt uninspired, discouraged, and intimidated by math instruction.
However, our transformation came when we discovered the joy of math through developing number sense, building conceptual understanding, and explored the world of math talks.
Now, we help teachers break free from traditional methods, find joy, and empower their students to become flexible math thinkers.
